Host of the Straight Truth podcast, Dr. Philpot is Pastor of Worship & Administration at Founders Baptist Church in Houston, Texas, where he also serves as a staff elder. He holds a Ph.D. in Old Testament Studies from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
